A great way to spend a beautiful Sunday evening is a walk through the National Zoo. I love coming and seeing light displays around the city and themed lights are even better. God loves all his creatures great and small so it's wonderful to see them living and in lights. Lights make me merry and bright.

There was a great zoo themed gingerbread house display from children in the area. Some of the gingerbread zoo lands were absolutely amazing. I'm always in awe at the creativity some people have.
